All knives are handmade.  They are either flat or hollow ground on a belt
grinder. There is no CNC machine in this shop, the preferred method for us is
a hands on approach to each blade that comes out of our shop!

Bolsters are pinned and peened, as well black or beige spacers are used to accentuate the handle material.
